Shinri Personal Training offers weight management; shaping and toning; well-being and healthy lifestyle advise, for the general athlete to the non-trained.

Personal training can help you achieve goals whether they are fitness or health related. Looking after your diet promotes good health plus helps performance in any given sport. Getting one to one advise from a qualified professional is the best way to make sure you get what you are looking for in a training programme and diet.

All Personal Training sessions are taken by Phil Culley; a level 2 trained personal trainer; professional karate instructor and a competitive natural bodybuilder. He also works closely with Gareth Richards at Shinri Sports Massage to provide a complete injury rehabilitation and fitness service. As a result of Phil's sporting background, he specialises in body shaping; toning and general resistance training; as well as performance in martial arts; however, Phil has had fantastic results from non-trained clients by using portable equipment for the home or outdoors.
